Super friendly staff!

We liked it so much we stayed an extra night instead of heading into Houston. Debbie was super nice and really helpful. Breakfast was decent, though the sausage could’ve been better. The staff were always friendly, which made our stay feel welcoming. Just wish they had the dining room open instead of take-out, but we still enjoyed it.

For families looking for comfort

They had a fantastic breakfast area that my kids loved! And the staff. Lets just say. Honestly, never seen such good service, they really go the extra mile.

Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but the quality was worth it.

Exceptional Stay with Heartwarming Service!

We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay in a spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The standout moment was when Vivian, the chef, noticed we were right at closing time and insisted we enjoy the breakfast spread. What a delightful touch! Try the waffles!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great, especially the pancakes. I enjoyed the clean fitness center and the inviting firepit outside. The check-in process was smooth and quick. A fantastic stay! 😊

The Best Western Plus Lake Jackson Inn & Suites was exceptionally clean and inviting. The staff made me feel like family, and their attentiveness, especially during breakfast, enhanced my experience significantly. It’s a wonderful place for a relaxing stay.

Better signage for parking lot exits would help.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a great variety, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me—very impressed! However, figuring out the parking lot exit was a bit tricky.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast area was well-stocked and delicious, with plenty of options to fuel our adventurous day exploring the city.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and we loved the firepit outside. We visited the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science and hit the Wilderness Golf Course for some fun. Totally recommend this spot for a cozy getaway!

Only issue was figuring out how to get out of the parking lot if you wanted to head north. the one-way street can be a bit tricky.

However, I did experience noise from a neighbor above, which was distracting. Additionally, the parking situation could be a bit confusing due to one-way streets around the hotel. It's a solid choice if you're visiting the area and needing family-friendly accommodations.
